On Dec 16th you can drive by and see Artist Andee Rudloff applying the design (a collaboration of Buddy House Members and Andee) on the side of Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky's Buddy House at 522 State Street.

Work continues with Andee and Buddy House Members painting the mural on December 18 and at 3:30pm on Saturday the 19th the finished project will be revealed.

"We are very excited about being able to share our work with South Central Kentucky and all the joy and pride it will bring to the community. We can't thank Arts for All Kentucky, Delaire and Andee for this opportunity. We are definitely able to make the future bright!" Said Executive Director Stephanie Morton.

The mural is a collaboration between Arts for All Kentucky, Artist Andee Rudloff and Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky. According to its website, Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky's mission is "to enhance the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome and their families by providing support, information, education, resources, networking, and activities." And they "believe inclusion and community support are essential in helping enable persons with Down syndrome to achieve their maximum potential and lead fulfilling lives." The mission is facilitated through a wide variety of programs and classes each week taking place at the Buddy House.
