Prehistoric Artifact Show

Dovetails, early Archaic knives found in Kentucky.

The Green River Archaeological Society of Kentucky will hold their Prehistoric Artifact Show Saturday August 18th from 4-7 p.m. and Sunday August 19th 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Barren River State Park Convention Center in Lucas, Kentucky. The event is hosted by Doug Goodrum and is free to the public.

The show features collections of Prehistoric Native American Artifacts including: chert and flint arrowheads and blades, stone axes, tools and more items found in Kentucky and surrounding states.

Displays are limited to prehistoric artifacts from the Continental U.S., Canada, and Alaska. Related books and display cases will be allowed, however, NO flea market materials such as, reproductions, pocket knives, guns, beads, marbles etc. are permitted.

You must be a member of Central States Archaeological Society in order to receive tables. Non- members wishing tables may join the day of the show but must make arrangements in advance.
