The Auburn Tourism Commission will hold its 1st Annual Zombie 5K Run/Walk at McCutchen Coke Municipal Park on Saturday, October 26 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Participants are encouraged to dress in Halloween costumes to keep with the spirit of the holiday. An award will be given for the overall best-dressed Zombie 5K Run/Walk participant.
Pre-registration for the event is encouraged. Fees for participation are $20 from now until October 16 or $25 on or after October 17. You may register on race day up until 4:45 pm. Only pre-registered participants are guaranteed an event shirt.
Forms can be picked up at Auburn City Hall, The Carpenter Center and Quick Fit. Forms are also available online on the Auburn Tourism Commission’s Facebook page.
